Administration: Rx Refill Requests

Rx Refill Requests originating from the YourHealthFile patient portal will be sent to a MediTouch EHR inbox. Mailbox recipients may be selected within the Rx Refill Requests feature of the Practice Management System.

• Click “Rx Refill Requests” on the “Admin.”

• Check “Enable Portal Requests” for selected Prescriber(s).
• Select the Mailbox Recipient from the dropdown menu. Click “+More” to add another recipient.
• Click “Save” when finished.
