The Upload Insurance List feature allows users to upload the Insurance List for a selected lab. Do not use this link unless instructed by a Lab Integration staff member.
- Navigate to the “Admin” page and click “Upload Lab Insurance List with Address.”
- Select a lab from the list and click “Upload.”
- Alternatively, browse for an insurance profile by clicking “Browse.” Once selected, click “Upload.”
- Click “View Sample File” to open a sample insurance list in Excel.
